Pattaya, is 147 kilometers southeast of Bangkok, facing the Gulf of Thailand. Asia’s premier beach destination attracting families, couples and single visitors, Pattaya’s relaxing tropical ambience offers every ingredient for memorable holidays. There is a plenty of sporting opportunities both on land and water including golfing, game fishing and scuba-diving. Theme and amusement parks, offbeat museums and botanical gardens offer a variety of leisure activities and entertainment for all family members.

Glowing colorful neon signs illuminates this renowned street of Pattaya at night, The Pattaya Walking Street, an entertainment area that has 100 beer bars, more than 30 go-go bars, sport bars, discos, cabaret shows, massage parlors, and a wide range of ethnic restaurants as well as seafood lined up in the main street and many more in the side-Soi. It starts from the south end of Beach Road to Bali Hai Pier.

Bangkok, a truly cosmopolitan city, welcomes more visitors than any other city in the world and it doesn’t take long to realise why. Bangkok is a city of contrasts with something happening at every corner. One can marvel at the gleaming temples, enjoy dolphin show at the Marine park, catch a tiger soaking in the sun in the open Safari World, catch a tuk tuk along the bustling Chinatown or take a longtail boat through floating markets. Where would one get so much of variety in a bustling metropolis!

Food is another Bangkok highlight, from local dishes served at humble street stalls to haute cuisine at romantic rooftop restaurants. Luxury malls compete with a sea of boutiques and markets, where you will always end up overspending. Extravagant Luxury hotels and surprisingly cheap serviced apartments welcome you with the same famed Thai hospitality. And without a glimpse of its famous nightlife, any description of Bangkok will remain incomplete. Be it nightclubs, cabarets or exotic red-light districts, Bangkok never ceases to amaze. We bet you would want to return very soon.

Pattaya is a popular place for both Thais and foreigners because the city has everything tourists need.

There are so many different kinds of places for you to stay in Pattaya such as big hotels, resorts, guest houses, condominiums, and apartments. Most of these places are right next to the beach.

There are so many activities that you can do in Pattaya such as water sports, sunbathing, go-karting, bungee jumping, horse riding, golf playing, diving, cabaret show watching, and many more.

During the night time, all the way down Pattaya road is full of various entertainment options.

Bangkok has the longest name of any city in the world, but locally it’s just called ‘Krungthep’ – ‘city of angels’.

The full name? Krung Thep Mahanakhon Amon Rattanakosin Mahinthara Ayuthaya Mahadilok Phop Noppharat Ratchathani Burirom Udomratchaniwet Mahasathan Amon Piman Awatan Sathit Sakkathattiya Witsanukam Prasit. Amazing, isn't it??

You’ll see street vendors everywhere you turn in Bangkok – it’s part of the urban culture! Fresh cut fruit, ice cream sandwiches, grilled chicken, iced coffee and milk tea – whatever you’re hungry for, there will be someone selling it really cheaply nearby.

With more than 15,000 stalls, the Chatuchak Weekend Market really is a must-see.
