Myanmar (formerly Burma) is a Southeast Asian nation of more than 100 ethnic groups, bordering India, Bangladesh, China, Laos and Thailand. Yangon (formerly Rangoon), the country’s largest city, is home to bustling markets, numerous parks and lakes, and the towering, gilded Shwedagon Pagoda, which contains Buddhist relics and dates to the 6th century. It has an area of 676,552 square km (261,218 square miles) and have a tropical monsoon climate. It is a land of hills and valleys and is rimmed in the north, east and west by mountain ranges forming a giant horseshoe. Burmese is the official language of Myanmar and also the mother tongue language.

Myanmar is renowned as a captivating destination filled with rich heritage and culture that is unique yet not overwhelmed with the global trends of modernity. Myanmar serves as a home for many tourist destination sites such as the ancient city Bagan, the 19th-century Mandalay Royal Palace, Inle Lake of leg-rowing fishermen, Ngapali Beach Resort, Kyaikhteeyo Rock Mountain Pagoda and etc. Visitors will be pleasantly surprised to explore many places of interest keeping them busy during their stay. Day 1
Arrival to Yangon

We warmly welcome you from the land of glittering pagoda. On your arrival at Yangon international airport, you will be greeted by our friendly driver and transfer to your hotel in Yangon.

Day 2
Yangon-Hpa An

Drive to Hpa-An (Approx 6 hours). On the way, visit Bayin Nyi Cave; images and wall carvings can be seen everywhere inside the cave and then proceed to Kawgoon cave in a natural lime stone cave and measures 200fts height and 300 fts length.

Have lunch at local restaurant. Check in Hotel and sightseeing tour of HpaAn including kyauk-ka-latt which is small rock hill formed like a wine glass and Lombumni Garden with a thousand Buddha image at the base of Mt. Zwegabin. Enjoy sunset from Shweyinmyaw Pagoda (locate at the bank of Thanlwin River). Transfer to your hotel. Relax and overnight.

Day 3
Hpa An-Mawlamyaine

Breakfast and we depart for Mawlamyaine, the capital of Mon State. On the way stop over at visit to Saddan lime stone cave and natural decorations copied from Jataka, the pageants of Buddha’s life. Proceed to Mawlamyine and on the way, visit U Nar Out Monastery. In the afternoon, we will explore the third largest city in Myanmar which was once the Birth Burma’s administrative center. Upon arrival, check in for hotel and in the evening, we will visit Kyaikthanlan Pagoda. Proceed to the nearby monastery which is named after its founder, Seidon Mibaya Kyaung, where you can see the excellent, over 100 years old wood carvings. All these buildings are religious building and situated on a mountain range. Enjoy the sunset view on the hill whose hilltop location offers splendid views over the city and its harbor. And transfer back to your hotel. Relax and overnight.

Day 4
Mawlamyine- Bilu Island

Breakfast at hotel and visit attractive local Zegyi Market, Mawlamyine's oldest and most important market. Then, you will set off for a full day of excursions on Ogre Island. We will pass over the bridge and will tour 2-3 villages to experience local life, small family business and culture. You may also observe the local life and the making of traditional handicrafts such as pipes, small toys, walking sticks, rubber bands and chalkboards.

After that, we will transfer back to Mawlamyine and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (own account). After reload, we will drive to Mudon, visit the world biggest Giant Recycling Buddha: Win Sein Taw Ya Pagoda and Monastery. In the evening, drive back to Mawlamyine and take a stroll down to city centre and witness the colonial buildings. Take a walk at Kan Nar Night Market. Have dinner and transfer back to hotel for overnight.

Day 5
Mawlamyine-Bago-Yagon

Breakfast at hotel and depart for Yangon (approx. 8 hour). We will visit Bago 13th century capital. En route, stop at the Shwenyaungpin “Nat” shrine to appeal for a safe journey. Visit Shwethalyaung reclining Buddha Image, measuring 55 meter long, 16 meter high, and region’s highest Shwemawdaw Pagoda of 144 meter height. Drive back to Yangon and enjoy the scenic view of the country road with paddy fields. Upon Yangon arrival, transfer to hotel, relax and overnight.

Day 6
Departure

There are no activities planned for the final day and you are able to depart for the final day and you are able to depart the accommodation at any time and the car will be disposal for you to transfer to Yangon international airport for your departure.
